On Friday, December 5th, the CTVista+ platform had an operational issue which impacted / delayed the distribution of some of its automated reports. The root cause of the issue has been identified, and the regular distribution of all automated reports has been restored. Corrected steps are being implemented to minimize the chance of a recurrence.
