RECENT CTVISTA+ ENHANCEMENTS

Enhanced Prospect Capabilities: for ChemTreat users, new capabilities have been created to showcase CTVista+ and ChemTreat features and benefits for prospects. A new ‘Prospects’ tab has been added to the account hierarchy selector; when a prospect is selected, the left-side menu is now specific for prospects (and different than the menu for existing accounts).

 

Due to a network outage at Telnyx, many modems and associated controllers have gone offline.  There are currently still about ~250 modems that are impacted by the outage. Telnyx is working to fix the issue, and this screen will be updated as new information and expected resolution timing is available.

Heat Exchangers / Flow Studies: we have significantly streamlined heat exchanger setup. And once set up, monitoring is integrated with the existing log sheet, trend, and report functionality, making it easier to monitor these critical systems.
